午夜航班出机场之后已经饥肠辘辘，迅速在马尼拉酒店楼上随便找了一家果腹。本来还盘算一顿午餐2300比索不算便宜，然而实际吃起来感觉超值，菜式太多吃不过来，牛排竟然是和牛，且偏港式的甜叉烧做法很加分。甜点卖相极好。甜不辣明显有日籍厨师或者在日本学过烹饪的厨师操刀，特别中规中矩的日式口感，不会过腻。炸物普遍过咸，鸭胸是融合料理做法，本来对融合料理不屑一顾，但这次油封后做成冷盘的鸭胸却出乎意料美味。总体来说除了自助一定存在的用料过猛（过咸过甜、用油过多）之外，一切都很美好。
